Root cause care is one of my main focuses when working with individuals who have been diagnosed with disease and who are struggling with symptoms. If you're tired of taking the conventional medicine approach, spending 15 minutes with your doctor and still leaving with unanswered questions, then you have come to the right place. 

We use a variety of education, Ancient Chinese techniques as well as functional labs and supplements to discover balance in your body, and ensure it begins to function optimally. You learn tools to continue to keep your body on the right path even during the toughest times in life. 

This not a one size fits all approach, and is tailored to each individual clients needs and assessments. Children are on a case by case basis.

Work with us to ensure your meals are actually benefiting your body! Learn education and knowledge around eating to fuel your body, what time of day to eat certain foods and how to keep in the groove of your circadian rhythm and focus on insulin resistance. 

Need help in your pantry? Not to worry, add a "pantry cleanse" service to help educate you on food ingredient/chemical choices all while learning to achieve balance with holistic choices and reality.  My moms always are asking how they can enjoy a glass of wine, without throwing off their whole plan- I've got you covered! It's all about education and making choices that impact us. 

The health consultation is a one off appointment for those who aren't yet quite sure if they are ready to commit  to seek services or not. The cost of this session is $350. We will go in depth about your health concerns, goals and you will get a written recommendation plan from us for you to use on your journey forward. If you decide to engage our services after this consult, you will receive a 10% discount on all supplements as long as your an active client. 

Free consultations require a $50 refundable deposit. This deposit will go towards your next visit should you decide to continue services. We charge a refundable deposit so we can ensure our calendar is filled by those who are serious about pursuing the services they are seeking! In your free consultation we will discuss your past, present and future health concerns, goals and learn about each other to determine we are a good fit for working together.
